ABOUT THE BAKER'S DISTILLERY

We are a home bakery specialising in alcoholic bakes - nothing that would knock out a light drinker, but packing enough punch so connoisseurs know it's the real deal.

In 2017, a time when alcoholic desserts were limited to Rum&Raisin ice cream, we concocted a Baileys Valrhona Dark Chocolate cake coated with smooth Dark Chocolate Swiss Meringue Buttercream, sandwiched with Dark Chocolate ganache and Valrhona Crunchy Pearls. That became our runway success.

With the support of strangers and customers on social media who become friends, we took the plunge in 2021 to focus full-time on the bakery.

Our cakes are baked with even more care and passion today, and we hope you get to savour the goodness.
